You may be seeking help as you navigate typical life transitions and challenges, or you may be facing a crisis or unforeseen difficulty.  Dr. Sarah specializes in working with adults, adolescents, children as well as families and couples, using a systemic and growth oriented approach.   Currently Dr. Sarah works primarily with caregivers, such as physicians, counselors, as well as parents of children with significant health or behavioral challenges.   She also provides coaching and consultation to executives and small business owners.  Dr. Sarah enjoys supporting the well-being of people who support and serve others.   Using a collaborative approach, Dr. Sarah provides support to individuals and families with challenging situations, relational difficulties, as well as depression, anxiety and behavioral issues, from mild to severe.  Dr. Sarah also provides clinical training and mentorship to professionals developing competency in treatment of children and families through clinical supervision and reflective consultation groups.

Dr. Sarah approaches challenges using a lifespan developmental perspective, especially with young children and their parents.
