Courtney is a former Army National Guard service member and experienced school social worker now expanding her work into private practice at River Bend Counseling Center. Her clinical background includes supporting children, families, adults, and individuals through a wide range of challenges, and she is passionate about building authentic relationships with those she serves. She approaches therapy through a systems lens, recognizing that no one develops in isolation. While past experiences shape us, she believes strongly in our ability to move forward with intention and create the lives we envision for ourselves.

Courtney is committed to providing inclusive, affirming care for all clients. Her practice draws on clinical tools including crisis intervention, DBT, CBT, trauma-informed care, and academic and behavioral support. She strives to meet each person where they are, honoring their story, strengths, and goals while working collaboratively toward meaningful growth.

Outside of work, Courtney is a wife, mother of three, dog-lover, gardener, dedicated reader, and enthusiastic cook who loves good food and good company. She looks forward to welcoming individuals and families into a space where they feel heard, valued, and supported.
