We prioritize your privacy, confidentiality, and autonomy in making decisions. For this reason, we do not work with insurance networks. If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill for reimbursement. This approach protects your privacy, as we are not required to share your treatment records with insurance companies, ensuring our focus remains entirely on you and your goals.

Fees vary by clinician. We will do our best to match you with a clinician who meets your needs. Prices range from $150-250 for a coaching or therapeutic hour (55 minutes), $125-225 for a 45 minute session. We provide a sliding scale at all levels for clients to help make treatment accessible regardless of financial situation. Executive function coaching is billed at $150 for 60 minutes, $125 for 45 minutes and $75 for 30 minutes.  Working with us is an investment in your growth and satisfaction, and we are dedicated to offering services that align with your goals.

Payments are typically processed automatically after each session through our online portal, Simple Practice. While in-session payments are accepted, automatic processing saves more time for your session work. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and health savings accounts (for therapy). Coaching services may also be covered by some employers.
